Reactions
If you experience a reaction to any of our products, please immediately email us at carlton@clinicalase.com.au or ballarat@clinicalase.com.au. In your email, include a detailed description of the reaction, the product used, and photographs of your reaction, if possible. Our team aims to respond within 48 hours to provide you with guidance and support over email or phone to address the issue effectively.
Exchanges & Refunds
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please email us at carlton@clinicalase.com.au or ballarat@clinicalase.com.au with a description of the issue and attach photographic evidence of the defect or damage, if possible. We will guide you through the exchange process, including details on shipping the defective or damaged product back to us. Clinica Lase covers all shipping costs for exchanges due to defects or damage.
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the purchase date. If you’ve received the wrong product or are experiencing a reaction, you are eligible for an exchange or refund within this timeframe. Please note, all exchanges and refunds are subject to evaluation on a case by case basis.
